When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 PM GMT on the same working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that soldered components or modified boards cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
Are your Raspberry Pi boards genuine?
Absolutely. The Pi Hut is an Approved Raspberry Pi Reseller. All of our Raspberry Pi boards and official accessories are sourced directly from the Raspberry Pi Foundation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For educational institutions and businesses, we also offer purchase order options upon approval.
Can I get technical support for my project?
While we cannot design your projects for you, we provide extensive tutorials and guides on our blog. If you believe a product is faulty, our technical support team is happy to assist with troubleshooting.
