The 16MB PSRAM Chip for Teensy 4.1 adds 128Mbit (16MB) of high-speed pseudo-static RAM using SPI and QPI interfaces, providing expanded memory capacity for advanced Teensy 4.1 applications and data-intensive projects.
The 16MB PSRAM Chip for Teensy 4.1 (IS66WVS16M8FBLL-104NLI) is an integrated memory device containing 128 Mbits of Pseudo Static Random Access Memory (PSRAM) using a self-refresh DRAM array organized as 16 Megabytes words by 8 bits.
This device is a dual die stack of two 64Mb die.
The device supports SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) & QPI (Quad Peripheral Interface) protocols, Very Low Signal Count (6 signal pins: CLK, CE#, and 4 SIOs), Hidden Refresh Operation, and Industrial temperature and Automotive A2-grade temperature.
In-Band Reset is supported instead of a dedicated RESET# pin, and the minimum transferred data size is 8 bits.
